Environment - Purchases

CTE have a policy of purchasing timber from PEFC certified sources and encourage all suppliers to have their own environmental policy.
It is, of course, in the companies own interests to keep waste to an absolute minimum and endeavour to order stocks on a ‘just in time’ basis to ensure the correct lengths and sizes are available for each specific order to be produced.
Timber is to originate from Scandinavia, Europe & North America where re-planting is the norm, CTE does not use tropical hardwoods in its manufacturing process.
